Welcome to the Center for Spiritual Living of Greater Cincinnati!

Looking for peace of mind and an uplifting spiritual community? Welcome home to the Center for Spiritual Living of Greater Cincinnati.

If your spiritual journey has taken you in a different direction than literal interpretations of the Bible and traditional Christianity, Center for Spiritual Living will spark and encourage your spiritual intellect.

If The Secret, Louise Hay, Oprah Winfrey, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Marianne Williamson or Deepak Chopra have spoken to you, you’ll feel right at home at Center for Spiritual Living. Each of these wisdom teachers writes about a philosophy called New Thought. That’s what we explore at Center for Spiritual Living Greater Cincinnati.

Come join our warm, joyful, loving, non-discriminatory community Sunday at 10:30 a.m. for great music and a spiritual message. Center for Spiritual Living’s congregation is a diverse group of singles, couples and families with childcare and children’s classes too. We honor and welcome everyone, wherever you are on your personal or spiritual path.

Abundance Fund off to a Great Start

After just the first week of manifesting and accepting, we are already 1/6 of the way toward our initial goal. (I say, “initial,” because we should always ask for more, knowing that it is Spirit’s great joy to give more.) It is unknown how much has been pledged, but $5,350 has been given.

After a very successful July 26 gathering, entitled, “Insight Abundance Initiative,” 31 of CSLGC’s congregants began a focused, energetic response to a projected shortfall of income in regards to our visionary budget. Many, many great ideas were created and on Sunday, August 3, Lauren Woodiwiss provided a summary of them in the form of a “ballot.” (Copies will be available the next 3 weeks.) The Council is asking that each person select the top 4 ideas which should be given immediate attention. In addition, there is a column for you to place your name if you are called to lend your energy to one or more of the ideas.

The congregation was also given a pledge/fulfillment card to use as a tool as we work together to create this abundance. On one side, you can write in any amount that you wish to manifest, the pledge. When thought becomes form, you can write a check and then write the amount of the manifested amount on the opposite side of this card (the fulfillment side). Make your check out to CSLGC  and put the note, “Abundance Fund,” in the comment area at the bottom. Soon there will be a progress visual in the foyer for you to place your completed card. In this way we will all be able to keep the flow going up to and beyond our initial goal. You can take as many pledge/fulfillment cards as you feel called to use.

Remember: Yes we need your financial support to make this happen, BUT MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY, the prosperity consciousness we all hold and express into law is what will ultimately get us there. Even if you can’t quite see abundance for yourself yet (and that’s OK), hold it for someone else, hold it for the center, just hold it in mind knowing that our success is assured.

Any questions: Please speak to one of the Council members or with one of our wonderful ministers.

Centers for Spiritual Living Culture Assessment Survey

Reverend Linda announced recently that Centers for Spiritual Living would be sending out a Culture Assessment survey. Instructions for taking the survey are listed below. Rev. Linda reports that the survey is simple, and requires less than 20 minutes to complete.

Please contact Reverend Linda (spirit7674@gmail.com or 937-609-2802) if you have any questions about the survey or the process.

From Centers for Spiritual Living:

We have commissioned this survey to help us find alignment between your personal values, our current organizational values, and the values that you believe are most important for the development of Centers for Spiritual Living. The survey is part of the work of our Cultural Integrity and Evolution Committee and will help us to roll-out our organization-wide strategic plan in the next couple of years. This assessment is anonymous, so please give us your honest input. We will use your input to guide us in transforming our culture by changing from the inside. All results will be shared when the survey is completed. We hope you will take an active role by completing the survey and then co-creating an action plan to consciously evolve our culture.

  1. Make sure you have 15 to 20 minutes of uninterrupted time.
  2. Access the Culture Assessment Survey
  3. Login: User Name = 61814, Password = values

The survey will be open from July 30 until August 20, 2014.
