After just the first week of manifesting and accepting, we are already 1/6 of the way toward our initial goal. (I say, “initial,” because we should always ask for more, knowing that it is Spirit’s great joy to give more.) It is unknown how much has been pledged, but $5,350 has been given.
After a very successful July 26 gathering, entitled, “Insight Abundance Initiative,” 31 of CSLGC’s congregants began a focused, energetic response to a projected shortfall of income in regards to our visionary budget. Many, many great ideas were created and on Sunday, August 3, Lauren Woodiwiss provided a summary of them in the form of a “ballot.” (Copies will be available the next 3 weeks.) The Council is asking that each person select the top 4 ideas which should be given immediate attention. In addition, there is a column for you to place your name if you are called to lend your energy to one or more of the ideas.
The congregation was also given a pledge/fulfillment card to use as a tool as we work together to create this abundance. On one side, you can write in any amount that you wish to manifest, the pledge. When thought becomes form, you can write a check and then write the amount of the manifested amount on the opposite side of this card (the fulfillment side). Make your check out to CSLGC and put the note, “Abundance Fund,” in the comment area at the bottom. Soon there will be a progress visual in the foyer for you to place your completed card. In this way we will all be able to keep the flow going up to and beyond our initial goal. You can take as many pledge/fulfillment cards as you feel called to use.
Remember: Yes we need your financial support to make this happen, BUT MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY, the prosperity consciousness we all hold and express into law is what will ultimately get us there. Even if you can’t quite see abundance for yourself yet (and that’s OK), hold it for someone else, hold it for the center, just hold it in mind knowing that our success is assured.
Any questions: Please speak to one of the Council members or with one of our wonderful ministers.
